 Payment & Delivery
We reserve the right to decline acceptance of an order.
Full payment is required in advance for all purchases with the exception of schools, colleges and local authorities that will receive a 30 day invoice with their order.
Overseas payment may not include international customs and/or brokerage fees you may incur, or any applicable local sales taxes imposed by your own country of residence.
All UK and EC prices listed include VAT (currently at 17.5%).
UK delivery is FREE on orders over £14.99, and a small order charge of £1.99 is incurred on orders of £14.99 or less.
Goods are sent by 1st class post or by ParcelForce 24 hour courier at our discretion.
Weekday orders placed before 3pm comprising entirely of in stock items will be dispatched the same day.
Although goods are sent via First Class Post we cannot guarantee following day delivery (though most items are delivered following day).
Overseas orders may incur an additional shipping charge at the checkout. If preferred, overseas customers may email a list of items required and we will reply with the cost including shipping.
Overseas deliveries generally take 3 to 14 days dependent on destination.
Should an order include a product which is not in stock we will part ship your order if the item is likely to remain out of stock for 3 or 4 days.

Dissatisfaction
Problems do occasionally occur and if a product should disappoint then it may be returned postage paid to us in the condition it was received for a refund. If the goods are faulty a full refund will be issued. If the goods are unsuitable a full refund will be issued minus the actual cost to us of shipping the goods to you.
When returning goods it is essential that you include your name and address inside the package, your sales receipt number (top right-hand corner of your receipt), and it you wish a refund we will need the original card details as used to pay for the original sale in order to re-credit your card. |

Complaints
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 days (and usually the same day). Many problems can be corrected without return of the goods so please email details to enable us to resolve the situation promptly. |

Warranty
We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase and will replace any product which proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.
This warranty does not cover any damage to products which results from accident, abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, incompatibility, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification. |

Product Suitability
The customer is responsible for ensuring correct product selection and suitability for their own application and no responsibility or liability can be borne by us for damage or loss incurred. We appreciate errors can be made by both us the supplier and you the purchaser therefore we are always happy accept the return of an item bought in error as long as it is unused and unopened. In which case a full refund will be issued minus the actual cost to us of shipping the goods to you.
