 Dear sir, may I relate to your quick response in sending the literature to me regarding "how to fill and how to get the cartridges to read full" after refilling of my photosmart 7150. It was most kind of you to got to the trouble of doing this. I have followed your instructions with care and hey presto - full cartridges at last using your ink. I will make sure that I purchase more of your ink in the future as I have done in the past.

Just a note to let you know. The product arrived at my door in Australia today. Very pleased with the speed of supply and the quality of product. Epson Photo 810 reset beautifully and is producing prints straight away. The output is as good as the genuine epson carts if not better. I will be ordering more of your product for sure.

Thanks for the feedback, my fault about the foaming, I thought as the cartridge was not empty I would use the short needle for cyan. Anyway after sitting all night with a cling film seal over the head, gravity seems to have sorted things out.
10/10 for the website and product.
As well as encouraging me to use refills, the information you have provided helped me save a brand new HP cartridge that stubbornly refused to print any yellow.
Removing the seal and applying a little air pressure got that one going, and as I was in the middle of printing around 200 photos, saved my bacon.

What service, and I think I will make quite a saving using refill ink instead of complete cartridges. I had previously placed orders with 2 other companies. One failed to reply for 5 days, then said they couldn't despatch for next day delivery (ndd), even though they were still going to charge the extra £6.00 for ndd. The other didn't deliver for 11 days and failed to respond to any mails.

The last time, the package was delayed and you replaced it. When the original package eventually turned up, you told me to keep it.
